About this listen

When witches kidnapped him to serve them as their Greater Familiar, he negotiated a much more interesting deal...

Logan Morrison always fought for everything he had, but it never was much. Growing up truly alone did that to you. One day, when taking on an extra tutoring gig to help out a cute chick with a quirky name, she ends up bringing him back to her place. Cool, right?

Well, the next morning, Logan wakes up in chains and comes to learn that Cherry Cola is one beautiful and unhinged monster girl member out of three in a small Fresco City witch coven. Their plans for him? Servitude.

But Logan lands a much better deal for himself, and next thing he knows, these cuties are serving him as much as he helps them. Thanks to his deepening bond with the witchy beauties, he even begins to develop strange powers, including but not limited to the ability shapeshift into giant monsters matching their rare magical affinities.

With these new powers, it isn't long before the coven and Logan start making their own play for power—and it isn't long before the coven ladies start falling for him, either. How will Logan manage the demanding and persistent needs of his occult cuties? Will they be able to keep the larger covens out of their business? Will the danger they get themselves into be worth the rewards they reap together? And will Logan's harem—er—coven grow?

like the title says, it's the best narration I've ever heard thus far. it's pretty good for what it is, definitely better than most of the haremlit genre. the only thing I didn't care for was Alpha calling Logan "good boy" & "pet". every time it was said it was like I had a mini seizure. I'm more dominant than anything so that has a lot to do with it.

the best narration I've ever heard

BTW: I've heard both of these voice actors in other books and I love thier work. That just helps me enjoy the book more.
This is not a terribly serious story and that is just what I'm wanting out of this. The writers have made this delightfully quirky and I'm loving it. Everything from the names to the situations to the intentional pubs had me smiling all the way through.
Very spicy! Very harem lit! The protagonist turns out to be a good guy, and the writers seem to have a lot of fun with it. I'm diving immediately into the next story in the series.

An excellent little diversion

His excitement for magic is how I feel thinking about it and the man has some of the best girls around that is what I call a good healthy relationship

Logan is DA MAN

I thought the premise was unique and cool. The narration was fantastic. Character interactions were great. If you like spicy this book hit every possible fetish you can think of. The mc is not a simp not a macho arrogant ass. He is a true mix of believable traits. The witches are all unique and add much to the fun and overall story.

Great story

Don't get me wrong, Johnathan Waters did great, as well, but Aurora Bliss put so much into this and you can tell. The voices actually made me love the characters. I mean, heck, even the moans were great, and most of the time with audiobooks, a character moaning or grunting really brings you out of it for being silly. The story was great, but sometimes it got weird.

Aurora Bliss's performance is just 🤌

I was new to the harem style of books when Coven King was recommended to me. Honestly I am worried that I may of peaked early in my listening. The narration is top notch. Jonathan Waters does a fantastic job for his part but Aurora Bliss definitely does the heavy lifting of playing multiple ladies throughout the book and really selling the spicy scenes.
The writing is definitely a lot of fun and tongue in cheek. It clearly doesn't take itself too seriously but is still well done. I love the humor in the story and the character's banter. The story feels thought-out and developed, building towards something beyond the spice. The spice is well done as well, doesn't feel forced in and is well described. in audio format Aurora adds sounds to enhance these scenes as well.

Why I am addicted to Harem Audiobooks.

Virgil and Edgar did a wonderful job with this one. Not taking itself to seriously while also providing lovable characters and some cool lore. Johnathan and Aurora were great choices for narration and are ultimately what pushed me to snag this one. Well done, looking forward to starting the next in the series!

Enjoyable!

Nothing is ever going to be the same after the audio for this book. This has revolutionized the duel narrator and halving background voices whill the spice goes on. The story is a great and I liked how they grew closer together and it felt like it mattered. The power system is simple yet works really well for the story. The cute nicknames are adorable. I need more soon you all have out did your selves Writers and Narrators I hope to see more embrace this style because my old peak was Hearld of Shallia for spice but this just went a place above it.

The MC takes a bad situation and turns it to his advantage. The spice is very well done and the supporting casts are unique and fun to read about. Good job to both authors.
