Highly recommend

I found this audiobook to be very helpful and practical. The narration was a bit choppy with unnecessary pauses but it didn't really take away from the message of the book. It's full of good information and exercises that are easy to put to use. I especially liked learning how to make SMART Goals. I highly recommend this audiobook.

Extremely Helpful

I did not have the book that goes with this workbook, however, this audio/workbook was extremely helpful as a stand-alone tool. Anyone struggling with anxiety, or like me, trying to help someone struggling with anxiety could be benefited from this audiobook.

I wanted something to help me be more supportive of an anxiety burdened friend. I've seen tremendous results as my friend has reduced the number of panic-stricken calls by nearly 90%. One of the seven steps that helped my friend was the step encouraging anyone with anxiety to start a notebook and record what they determine is a trigger for their anxiety and work on understanding what is a logical response to that trigger. This step was so very helpful to my friend. Understanding her triggers and dealing with them has enabled her to more successfully avoid meltdowns.

I'm very grateful to have found this gem. The narration was perfection, even with some of the recording glitches. I was given this audiobook at my request for an unbias review. I know I'll re-listen to it from time to time as I do desire to be a more helpful friend.
