Great audiobook! It had so much great information I kept stopping to take notes. This book includes good info and tips that anyone could put to good use. Procrastination is a major hurdle in my life and I feel like the info in this book is really applicable to most people dealing with procrastination. The book is easy to understand without being overwhelming. I highly recommend this audiobook!

I found this audiobook to be very helpful and practical. The narration was a bit choppy with unnecessary pauses but it didn't really take away from the message of the book. It's full of good information and exercises that are easy to put to use. I especially liked learning how to make SMART Goals. I highly recommend this audiobook.

I really enjoyed this audiobook. It's a great guide for beginners full of good information with inspiring stoic quotes peppered throughout. It's easy to follow and understand. I found myself taking tons of notes and going back and listening to some parts again. I have read books on Stoicism before but this one really stands out. I highly recommend it.

The Steps is a must read for any parent. The concept of putting all of this information into a fictional story to make it easier to understand is brilliant. It was like a novel you couldn't put down but also gave all of this valuable insight and tried and true parenting tips. I highly recommend it for new parents as well as experienced parents.

Kelly's story is poignant yet full of hope and informative. Even giving coping strategies and hope to other survivors. Her journey is unbelievable yet encouraging for others, highlighting the lack of education for TBI in the US. It's told from the voice of her mother as well as herself giving an extra perspective.

It's full of good information and exercises that are easy to put into practice. With the step by step guide you really can make a big difference in just 10 minutes a day!
