Very useful

Use this audiobook and trauma therapy very helpful and informative for children who have been through sexual abuse. I purchased this for a friend who suffers from anxiety issues. She was delighted with it and feels that it is helping her a great deal.

Awesome one

This book helps to explain what's happening in your head and how to cope. Sometimes going with your gut feeling just doesn't work. When there are too many thoughts stuck in your head, there needs to be a way out. Find the tools to get out of that funk! Changing those negative thoughts into positive thinking can be very powerful and empowering. It can be challenging to change your thinking process, so this book gives you the tools needed to get started. Be patient with yourself and practice those mindfulness techniques available for you.

Great help

Great help for coping with severe anxiety and depression! It gives you a better understanding of what you're going through, presses points that are critical to your mental health like socialization and exercise, you then give you simple mental exercises to work through to help yourself!
