I thought I can not escape from this problem.

Very good.
When I discovered that this book was effective I immediately told my mother because my sister had this condition (anxiety) I wanted to help my sister because I see her struggling with her situation. I did not regret that we bought this book. My sadness disappeared when I saw my sis gradually getting back to normal.
