Helped My Mom Get Moving Again

I got this for my 78-year-old mom after she had a couple of falls, just to help her feel more confident and active. She was nervous at first, but the short sessions and calm pacing really worked for her. It doesn’t feel like a workout, but she’s definitely moving more and enjoying it. We even listened to a few together, and it’s been a nice way to support her without pushing too hard. Glad we found this.

Great For Beginners Who Want To Move Again

Perfect for Anyone Wanting to Feel Better

It explains the benefits and effects of the body and each pose well and balances exercise training.
It is practical and manageable for seniors with weak muscles and energy. This handbook helps seniors who are losing muscles follow every step easily and with less hardship. It will relieve some physical pain and stretching, and exercise will strengthen the mind's muscles. Negative emotions will disappear, and a more positive mindset can be achieved.
This guideline is perfect for me and my mother. I strongly recommend it to people in their middle age and above.
