Calm your inflammation and preventing inflammation

This was a great book. So good that I down loaded the pdf that comes with it. The Author did a god job of laying out a foundation. 28 day meal plan inspired me to write one so I can plan meals better and not back slide back into old habits

Better Health

This audiobook has a lot to offer in area of body inflammation. Plenty of foods to consume are offered with the clear understanding of the benefit each have for your body. I learned that consuming fruits, ,vegetable, nuts legumes and drinking water, help prevent inflammation. Not I understand the positive effects of consuming them, I'll be more intentional as to what I eat. I also sadly learned that most comfort foods cause inflammation. One of my favorite section of the book was the 28 meal plan offered. I found the attached PDF useful; the visuals provided facilitate my learning style and implementation of it. The section I also found interesting was the one on healthy snacks and the snacks to specifically combine during specific meal times.

Eating Better, Feeling Better

This book offers easy-to-follow breakfast, lunch, and dinner meal plans and recipes designed to calm inflammation, focusing on anti-inflammatory superfoods. Shopping strategies and snack ideas from a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with decades of healthcare experience, who also helps readers separate inflammation caused by food and that which is more of a signal to pursue medical advice. All of the recipes sound delicious, and I look forward to trying some of them. I've already added some colorful vegetables, berries, nuts, and yogurt to my shopping list for the week.

Great Approach to Healthy Eating

This book starts by explaining how inflammation is related to the foods we eat. Next are guidelines for what foods are anti-inflammatory in nature. Then, there are sections with foods to choose from for every meal. My favourite part is the 28-day meal plan because I'm terrible at creating a plan for myself. Having it all laid out for me is a godsend! And it's so easy to follow - there are snacks between meals and everything. This is a diet that I can truly follow. After just a couple of days, I can feel the difference! This is going to be a game-changer!

Tasty and healthy

I was looking for meal prep plan to reduce inflammation for me and my partner, and this was a great find. We don't really enjoy healthy tastes but these recipes are good and customizable. It doesn't feel too strict like other guides and still allows us to eat without giving up flavors. Recommended for those who want flexible recipes while still staying healthy.

Easy to read and makes sense...

What I loved most is that it’s not just “eat this, don’t eat that.” It explains why certain foods help with inflammation and how others can make it worse. It really opened my eyes to how much of my daily aches and fatigue might be tied to what I eat.

The meal plan is amazing. It comes with shopping lists (thank you!) and really simple, tasty recipes that don’t require a million ingredients or hours in the kitchen. Plus, the pictures are great, and it includes calorie and nutrition info, which I found super helpful.
