Very Good Material

The author gives in-depth tips on how to live a healthier lifestyle through nutrition and exercising. This advice seems straight forward tough it is little adjustments like these that produce great results. Overall these are awesome simple strategies to implement in every day lifestyle.

Get lifting weights and fasting!! I’d liked the first book best which is all about fat burning and teaches you how to do intermittent fasting more easily

Ok, it’s time to take action

I believe we’ve all done it it’s time to get fit and then we can pick a day where everything and everything is gonna be perfect when we start. Well I put on quite a few pounds don’t fit in any of my clothes and I know it’s time but I keep procrastinating and get larger. So I listen to this book yesterday and finished tonight.
“Straight up” bottom line? Time to bet that bottom tightened up. So straight to the point! First is nutrition. This one’s great to do doing cardio, we’re cleaning the house because we can sit down to plan your meal plan you will write it down. Taking general notes. But it totally got me excited so tonight I finished the second one. This one is a really good one to have your little diet journal as well so you can write your nutrition Holiday and your weight training I would say your meal plan for the week, And then a training that he explains. He does it so well I’m super excited to start there’s no way we can fail if we take action. Great Berk⚓️ thank you so much it really felt like I was walking around the mall or organizing the house we’re doing the yards with a friend in my ear and I needed that thank you

My girlfriend and I have both listened to this and like the author’s different approach to weight training and fitness. It’s not in your face or about bodybuilding. Two new fans here.
