I can’t wait for the next
I love this series and the narrator does a great job. I had a hard time putting it down. I read the story in the Bible and you have a done a great job. I know there is some things that are fillers but the actual story holds true and that is what I love about your writing may God bless all that you set your hands to write for him and that it will continue to bless those who read it. Great Sequel to Dreamers

Great story and great narration
This second book has a little more of the author’s creative license in regards to the Biblical story of Joseph’s brothers. However, Angela Hunt does a beautiful job at creating a story relevant to that time and cultural context to help us understand more of the depths of this incredible working of God! The narration is one of the best I’ve heard in a very long time!! Stina Nielsen does a great job at using the Hebrew names/pronunciations which I really appreciated. It is honoring to the Word of God and helps immerse you more into the story. Fantastic job!! Great listen and great story.

I loved this series.
I loved the way the story was accurate in Biblical history, And the way the added fictional part was so well done. I also loved the narrator. she did a great job!

Joseph Through Simeon's Eyes--Wow!!
Angela Hunt gives Simeon (Shi'mon) a full flavored, realistic look. The anger, the results and a love that would actually be just like YAHUAH to give him. So many insights, even into Dinah. Narration was really good too.

The backstory
I thought this was a really great sequel. It revealed the backstory to the main character, and also continued to tell the current story. There were new players involved, who then ended up becoming an intricate part of the origin story. There were many twists and turns, but also predictable comfortable moments. Five stars

Loved it!
Angela Hunt is an exceptional writer, and I loved this second book in this series. I’m a little bummed that a certain couple didn’t come together this time around, but I guess it just wasn’t meant to be. Looking forward to the third book being on Audible…whenever that may be.
