Book #2 of the Perfectly Imperfect Series…Another good book, the storyline was different the characters are very broken and yet perfect for each other. I’m not crazy about the narration, I like the narrators, I just don’t like them for this book. What I do like is that it ends with a HEA but I would’ve preferred a baby/babies added to the HEA.🥰 Is it worth the credit? Yes, it is❣️

Too precious for words!

I love this fluffy dark romance series, and this one is so much better than the first one (and I really enjoyed that one). That type of love language that is all over this book is my crack. I can't wait to read the next book.

Light Mafia

This was a light mafia retelling of Beauty and the Beast.

I'm enjoying this series and I'm enjoying the audio. The narrators are doing a fantastic job.

Beauty and The Beast

I'm glad I gave this series a second chance, I did not connect with Roman and Nina in Painted Scars. But this book was something else. And it's going to be hard to top.

Beauty and The Beast is the best way to describe this storyline.

I was hooked from page one. Because unlike Painted Scars, we get a back story from the beginning. Therefore dragging me into story and liking the characters. I was eager for them to meet! When Mikhail jumps at the chance to marry Bianca, I knew this was going to be fun read. Love, lust at first sight, whatever you want to call it no one was going to stop Mikhail from having his girl. Finally a hero who actually sticks up for the female lead, when Mikhail set the ground rules for Bianca's father he earned a fangirl squeal! When Bianca told her sister that she was attracted to Mikhail I was sobbing. Cause yes girl get your man 😭. When they were baking together, I was giddy as can be. The whole scene was pure perfection. Bianca thinking his "beautiful hands, big, strong with long fingers" on her, I was just blushing. Giiirrlll 🥵.

But most importantly they wanted to spend time with each, and I loved it. I think the shopping trip with Lena, by far was my favorite scene. The chemistry between them was building, and it was beautiful! Their first time together, I was screaming and crying at my kindle. It was so freaking beautiful 😭😭😭. It was HOT, I was fanning. I love a fml that takes what she wants. She Mikhail asked Bianca how she can look at him and she responds with "I think you are hot" I swooned 🤭. Yes girl I agree!

I usually frown at the stalking boyfriend troupe, but Mikhail following Bianca around the mall for three hours was amusing. And that overall chapter was great for their character development. Bianca but her mother in her place, and I loved every bit of it. Then homegirl shoots her father, not once but twice! Once for her, the second for her husband!!!!! Yesssss girl yesss!!!! I was sobbing when Bianca played John Legends "All of Me", she officially became my favorite character. And this is my favorite book in the series.

And their communication with their eyes, ugh I just loved it. In the beginning they said so little words to each other, yet so much with their eyes and physical touch.

I would never get tired of this book. I have listened and read this book several times already and I am always amazed and this author did a great job.

If you like mob stories and arranged marriages this series is for you. Both narrators Gregory Salinas and Allyson Voller are great keep you engaged love their voices. The book is engaging and interesting. Keep you guessing has a twist instead of the evil mother-in-law It’s the evil father-in-law. Hot and steamy action throughout the book. very good character development throughout the story.

THE SAINT AND THE SINNER.. a delicious tale 💖

An arranged forced Mafia marriage - a tale as old as time.. an adult beauty and the beast fairytale and a sweet love story all wrapped in a delicious cover I just couldn’t resist.. especially after enjoying book 1 so much. All these books are standalone, all are very entertaining and all are eagerly devoured and sweetly savoured by moi ;) And the narration by Gregory and Allyson was great and both brought the characters and their feels, the tender and triumph, the simmer and sex, the excitement and suspense and the finally letting in to life.

Worth a credit? Yes and I’ve already eagerly ordered book 3.
