Worked like MAGIC on my children!
My children usually have alot of trouble sleeping. They want to hear different stories EVERY night but since I need to work I am not able to do that. But this book worked like magic on them! Now they are very eager to go to bed since they get to hear great stories and I get to do my work peacefully.
The stories are SO great and full of valuable lessons. All the busy parents, this is MUST buy for you!!

A Great Parenting tool! My kids loved it!
I have been listening to these beautiful stories not just for sleeping but also whenever I feel stressed and they do wonders ! I am so glad that someone wrote a book like this . I had been searching for something like this for so long!
My kids now go to sleep happily. They used to make a lot of fuss about sleeping before but now they are very curious to hear the next story. This is a GREAT parenting tool ! I am happy that my kids would get into a habit of meditation from such an early age and reap the benefits their whole life .
To all the parents out there, do USE this ! Every night your children would learn great moral values . And it has double benefits since you can use it as well . ENJOY it !

Wonderful voice and sleep stories

Go for it!
I was given an advance review copy of this audiobook at my own request and I am dropping an honest review at my own will. Me and my kids listened to the audiobook and I can say that the background music and the narrator's voice is very pleasing and sleep inducing! Surely recommend this audiobook. Just give it a try and you'll know how amazing it is!

Very effective for kids
My child complained a lot about nightmares and used to have a lot of trouble falling asleep. I was worried that he didn't get enough sleep. I found this audiobook and decided to try it out. I can't tell you how effective a tool this is. Making him go to sleep is so much easier now. The stories too are really interesting too. The soothing voice of the narrator and the awesome background music are an just icing on the cake. The plots of these stories are really good too - From wildlife safaris to hillstations to even outer space! And before you now it, you already feel really sleepy and it feels like you are drifting more and more into a deep sleep. Super effective guided sleep journeys. Me and my kid loved them. Thank you so much!

A really good mindfulness book
