Loved The Story

This presented a different way that wolf shifters mated. I liked it. I also loved the H/h. Both felt that they were flawed but the Alpha saw something in both of them that would make them an awesome alpha pair. It was a quick read but well worth the effort. I enjoyed how she took charge and he was alpha enough to let her do it. the sex scene was funny. Not too over the top. The story line was good. I can't wait for the next one in the series.

and an excellent female lead … I am becoming very impressed with Holley Trent's novels … you can feel that her mind is engaged in the writing process - she doesn't use sex and danger to substitute for a plot -- her characters are deeper and the plots richer than typical lust and thrust novels.

I like the characters but there was not much to the story. It felt like just the start to a story.
