Excellent book about Ayurveda
Any additional comments?
This book is a traditional Hindu system of medicine, which is based on the idea of balance in bodily systems and uses diet, herbal treatment, and yogic breathing. A good stress reliever. Good read and excellent book bout Ayurveda.

Informative Book, And So Relaxing!
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I would recommend this book to any of my friends. Life is stressful these days and it pays to spend time on taking care of yourself.
What did you like best about this story?
I am new to Ayurvedic so the whole book was captivating. I loved the way that each chapter was so detailed and full of information about health and wellness. I found many parts that I can implement into my daily life and I've started already.
What does Bo Morgan bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Her voice was calm and soothing, she narrated it very well.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
I always listen to audiobooks in the car so this was perfect for a long drive. I arrived at my destination fresh and relaxed.

Only made it to chapter 2, can't take the narrators cadence, tonalities, and breathiness. Sounds robotic in the worst way. I'd rather buy the kindle book and listen to the text to speech.

Ayurvedic lifestyle described for beginners-excellent
Having spent 20 years in a Gurdjieff community- I can see how G’s transmission of an oral tradition comes from the Vedas. The Fourth Way works with this knowledge. For me, born with an instinctive moving center of gravity, I resonate with many of the instructions of this book as I naturally already do it in my life. I am lucky to have mentors all my life to help me learn ‘how’.
This book is good mentorship for all of us. A Blessing.

Bad narration
I cannot comment on the actual content of the book so I gave 3 stars (average). I do enjoy learning the Ayurvedic knowledge. However, the narration of this book is bad. It is somewhat robotic with a sexual undertone. I couldn’t get past the first few minutes.
