Smart guidebook for all.

Intermittent Fasting For Women is a new alternative to modern diets. Excellent book. I had started the ketogenic diet seven weeks ago. As I progressed with the diet the hunger started disappearing. Take the time to listen the forward because it does explain some very useful insights into why things may or may work. Amazing book! Well done

Information includes background history.

I am new to IF so this book was easy and very informative. A must have in the beginner's library of books. Information includes background history to the benefits of fasting to the different types of fasting methods. A definite recommendation to beginners.

I really enjoyed these books.

I really enjoyed these books. They were easy to read and understand. I am a beginner IF and they were very helpful in explaining the ideas. I would very much recommend these books to anyone looking to begin IF.

Well thought out and broken down for general consu

A bounty of medical information, but it’s well thought out and broken down for general consumption. There’s heaps of studies and references and he covers things that are important to me like Insulin Resistance, working out and the Keto adaptation with all the fun geeky sciencey stuff. I like the fact it’s a stealthy several hundred pages with detailed Reference section. Much of what Siim talks about in his videos he features in the book. It’s one of those books that you can pick up, flip to any page and read a few pages and go back over and over again to look things up.
