Indeed very good information about fasting.

I am in love this book as I'm quite a knowledgeable faster so didn't learn that much new stuff. But it was a really easy and fun to listen to this audiobok and would recommend to beginners for sure!

Fasting works better, thanks to the author.

From very old times the fasting is best way to cure your health. Sidestep fats and oils that upset your mitochondria. Encourage your sacred gut. My favorite diet advice.

The new health tips.

What I liked about this book is the detailed information on all aspects of health and fitness and diet especially to weight loss. Cutting edge science and research involved with health span and lifespan. He listed the many sources of health problems which basically are all from inflammation in your body and typically it’s what you eat that induces most disease.
