I was fortunate enough to pick up this audiobook and give it a listen. From a skeptic to a believer, this is a powerful resource. It completely changed the way I approach my relationships. overcoming fears
Those who are trying to recover from anxious attachment or who are in relationships with someone who is experiencing it may find this book very beneficial. The author's advice to educate yourself and become more conscious of your own attachment style was really welcomed, and I particularly found the chapter on healing your inner child to be informative.
The book also provides a variety of tools, from technology resources like apps and online platforms to useful strategies like journaling, all of which I think would be helpful for anybody trying to build safer relationship.

It walks you through the truth behind anxious attachment, how/why it happens, and shares specific examples to show you that you are not alone. Building Self-Esteem
I have struggled with trauma and co-dependent behaviors for some time and I really want to shift my mindset and actions. I’ve been searching for a way to stop letting my past effect my present.
