Get a different narrator!!!

I couldn't take anymore!!! I only got through one chapter!!!! Was she the cheapest narrator? OMG!!! SHE DROVE ME NUTS!!!

Narration makes it difficult to enjoy.

I made it into the first few chapters and couldn’t listen anymore. This seems like it could be a good book if the narrator didn’t make me feel like I was sitting on a rug in front of a school teacher who was reading me the book.

Narration is terrible

I really wanted to listen to the whole book, but I think I would have liked it better if there were a different narrator or if I read it on my own. The book is about mindfulness and helping with anxiety, but the reader sounded like a robot from an automated call service; which was not calming or relaxing. A little bummed.

All your strategies where enlightening and helpful!!!
Only find a way to advise people with severe trauma to avoid to evoke memories from their past. Some people with trauma could have a panic attack trying to recall memories from their past. Even if they try to evoke positive memories. I am a mental health professional, and I include meditation in the treatment of some of my clients. So just make sure they know about this possibility.

This book will help with anxiety

This is the best book on simple rules of mindfulness and realy shows how to use mindfulness to transform your life and relationships with mindfulness. I think the tips in this book will help with how to practice mindfulness to help you make friends with your emotions and truly start to enjoy your life. Five stars.

Is this a test

Did the author choose this specific narrator as a test.? I tried really hard to listen to the entire book because I really thought it would be helpful. And it probably is a helpful book. But this narrator is terrible the inflection of her voice, how she raises her voice at the end of most sentences. All of it simply added to my anxiety.
