Great resource!

I got this book as a free promo copy for my unbiased review.

I really enjoyed this audiobook. While it seemed a bit too "dry" and overly theoretical in the beginning, once it started to get into the practical issues - then I thought the book made a lot of sense. In fact, for a person like me (can't say I'm really good at anger management), there were a LOT of interesting tips and techniques which I would like to try.

My only comment for future improvement is about the narrator - I thought in some instances the narrator got tired and the tone was not particularly consistent throughout the entire book. Yet again, I guess it's too much to expect for a book of 3+ hrs length!

Overall, if you enjoy well researched books on the edge of theoretical / practical guides - I think this would be a very good choice.

Highly Recommend

I found this audiobook to be very helpful and practical. Through self observance you can pinpoint underlying issues and start to work on anger issues at the root cause. It's full of good information and exercises that are easy to put to use. I highly recommend it.

A wonderful book on anger management and stress

I was given this free copy of book and I left this review voluntarily. This book helped me a lot in knowing about the anger and then management of it. It is in very easy language and anyone can understand it. I am hoping to use the strategies from now on. Thank you
