Cute story.

Narrator was good. Simple sweet and quick read. No major problems in the story, just a simple hs love story.

A sweet, cute and fun romance. I enjoyed going on this journey with Brady and Natalie.

Perfect Story

I adored this story the first time I read it! I love how close everyone is and the found family aspect gets me every time!! I loved the narrators, brining on of my favorite stories to life was so fun to listen to!

You could feel the emotions in every line! This is fantastic story telling and fantastic voice acting!

Very sweet, love story

There was so much story left for this couple. I immensely enjoyed reading this story, but wish there was more to read about them. Still worth a credit. Narration was perfect.

Great story right out of the gate!

Loved the story and the characters! The sibling and friend banter. Had all the angst from the get go! Liked it so much I downloaded the rest of the series on audiobooks. Starting book 2 now! Looking forwarded to reading and listening to more from this author! Enjoy ❤️📚📖

They were both all in

I love a good brothers best friend book so I was instantly intrigued by this storyline. Natalie has spent her life in the spotlight of being a ballerina, but she’s finding that it isn’t her passion anymore and she misses her twin brother and dad. She surprises them in more ways than one, leaving them reeling. Brady is QB1 for the Kroydon Hills football team and he is instantly taken by Natalie when she arrives. Being her brothers best friend, he tries to fight the attraction he has to her but find that it pointless. Luckily, he did it the right way and went to Cooper, instead of trying to keep it hidden. I loved the added suspense that the author brought as well. It helped keep the reader sucked in to what was going to happen.

What a great book!

I loved listening to this book. I've been a Bella Matthews fan for a long time and I'm now glad I'm listening to her books on audio. These two narrators did an amazing job. The female did especially well because she sounded younger in age. Closer to the age of the FMC.

This book does take place in high school, but it is not for young audiences. The two main characters, Brady and Nat were both 18, and this book does have some graphic spicy scenes.

The dramatic part of this book...eh, I wish it would have had a little more to it than it did. Like after Cooper left his sister and Brady after his dad told him not to. Even though 1 of the Villains were arrested, the other was still out there. I know it was high school, but I wished a little more would have happened.

I recommend this book to anyone who loves Bella Matthews writing. This is the beginning, and it brought me all back. I know she's writing these characters children's stories now, but it's always great to me to go back and read the parents stories again. Now I'm getting to listen to them.

Sweet romance!

Listened to this for a quick refresh between other books and I enjoyed it! The narration was well done and I also enjoyed the story as well! It's a very sweet high school romance! Nattie and Brady are so perfect together and I love how they don't let anything around them feed negativity into their relationship (or at least not to any significant amount). Their relationship is so pure and has absolutely no toxic elements and I love that for them. They might only be 18, but Brady already has a dirty mouth and he definitely knows how to use it. That bit towards the end had me a little stressed and sad, but thank gosh it wrapped up with some happiness. The story line with Darby and Aria wrapped up very quick at the end and I despise them with a fiery passion so I hope to never see them again in the other books lol. I also loved all the side characters in their group and can't wait to read the rest of the series!

Amazing story that started it all!!

I found Bella later in her career, and became a diehard fan! I finally found time to go all the way back to her first book, and I loved Brady and Natalie’s high school football romance! The emotions felt authentic, the world building was top notch with so many compelling characters to bring the banter, and yes, some drama! Kathryn Lynhurst and Bradley Ford did an amazing job bringing the story to life through dual narration! I can’t wait to listen to the next book of the OGs!!
