Project management is a very important tool for any business, especially small businesses that don’t have a project management team. This book will walk you through project management techniques and what to use for certain situations. I highly recommend this book to any business owner and I will be referencing this book again in the future for my own business.

A very informative book because it has given me a big jump start for effective management. With this book, I had the idea that I could learn more by implementing and interacting with my colleagues, in conjunction with the learning I had from this book. This book is really helpful for improving my performance in management.

Definitely worth the listen

This book gives a very good overview of how the Agile project management system works. It explains the differences between Agile and several other project management programs explaining why Agile is a good fit for most companies, private or government. The wording is very easy to understand it is written in laymen terms rather than technical terms.

Practical and easy to-do activities that will help you to get successful results off your projects. I’m currently learning and practicing along the way of dealing with the stresses and challenges with activities needed to finish a project. Good read and something you can share with the team to reach your goals.

This was a great read. I was really interested in learning more about agile project management and boy did I ever. this book had a ton of information. the title says its a simplified beginners guide, and it really was simple, but it was really in depth as well. highly recommended!!!
