Really Helpful!
I really do like the spirit of kaizen. But the idea of small incremental change could also be small negative change you don’t notice. The book really missed a opportunity on how to cement long term change in my opinion

This is a great book
This is a great book on Kaizen that everyone interested in the subject should listen. Its short length is true to what the book teaches. If you are having a difficult time getting started on something, think of an even smaller and easier step to take toward that goal. Once you start building these steps up to larger ones, you will begin making significant changes without your mind's natural alarm bells going off.
