Make your health a priority

Great book to make your mental and physical health a priority. Self Care can sometimes feel selfish, but in reality, if we are no good to ourselves, how can we be expected to be good for others? I have 2 kids, a husband and 2 jobs. It can be difficult to fit in time or even feel like I should make myself a priority but this book reminds me that I should and it's necessary.
