A handy tool to keep in your library!
Every single person has goals to achieve so it comes as no surprise that this is a handy tool to keep in my library! 'Achieving Your Goals Affirmations' is a great little listen that I enjoy every now and then to fall asleep at night. I prefer to listen at a slower speed (around 0.7 or 0.8) to slow down the intake and visualize the statements. A motivational book that any driven and goal-oriented person should try.
