Claire is in town to buy Jake’s family farm for her dad’s hotel/resort company, but doesn’t tell him. He rescues her from the side of the road, and they have a 15-day romance until the truth comes out. Claire has to come to terms with where her heart really lies. The romance is lust to love within a month, and the story explores what really matters and not being a perpetual people pleaser. There is some praise kink along with holiday cheer! A Very Merry Mistake was a fun time!

Hallmark with spice!

I absolutely adored this story. Claire and Jake are perfect for each other. I loved the town / setting and the characters. So festive and cute!! I read the second book as well and now cannot wait for the third out next year.

Spicy romance with the perfect book boyfriend

JJ and CeeCee meet when her truck dies on the side of the road during a winter storm. They have instant chemistry but she isn't completely honest about who she is and why she is Merryville. This leads to a third act breakup but they get their HEA.

I enjoyed this book and laughed out loud at some of the antics that seemed to follow in CeeCee's wake. Jake is almost too sweet to be real--a great book boyfriend.

I couldn’t figure out a plot because of the sex scenes. Didn’t finish this and was disappointed I spent money on it
