Loved it

Even though I already read this book I was so excited to listen to it this time.

There just something about rhis story that is just so good and the way the narrators were able to portray Quinton and Oakley was so good!

I especially love Christian Fox's performance for a certain part of the story that was just so raw and passionate, I even remembered when I first read it that I thought "I hope I hear this in audio version" and just blew my expectations.

I would definitely relisten again.

I loved this story when I read the ebook. But Christian Fox and Liam Dicosimo blew my crazy socks off with their performances in this. They brought so much emotions, snarky and wit to this story. They were able to make an already wonderful book even better.

MM Romance readers, this is a MUST!!

Christian Fox and Liam DiCosimo were chefs kiss!! They totally brought Quinton and Oakley’s characters to life Christian as Quinton makes perfect sense. He had the dark, broody, bad boy vibe going on while Liam portrayed the golden boy, good guy. Absolutely loved the narration!!

Quinton De Haas is a hothead. He has a temper on and off the ice but he lives for hockey. When his biggest enemy and teammate injures their shoulder, Quinton is named team captain and has to prove himself. Not only to his team but to Oakley; the coaches nephew and to his own father that despises the sport and wants Quinton to take over the family business.

Oakley has pressure on his shoulders. His fathers a famous hockey player and he wants that team captain position back. Knowing the temperamental guy he hates has taken his place leaves him feeling unsettled.

When Quinton fails a drug test administered by the coach, Oakley finds he’s back in the spot he once worked hard to obtain but he finds out not all is what it seems.

Determined to make this the best season ever, Quinton takes a chance at getting under Oakley’s skin, only his advances end up lighting a sinful spark between the teammates that superstition keeps burning.

Oakley is the “golden boy” whereas Quinton is the tattooed, dark-haired bad boy. They were opposites in so many ways but gravitated towards one another on an emotional level.

These two heat up the pages. They absolutely hate each other. Verbal and physical punches have been thrown but the chemistry that is present can’t be denied.

Loved everything about this book. It’s been a while since I’ve read a MM romance and CE Ricci did a phenomenal job pulling Oakley and Quinton together while showing the growth in each character as they build a relationship where they totally lose theirselves in every sense of the word.

Definitely one to keep you glued to the pages.

Iced Out

MAN, I AM SO IN LOVE WITH THIS! Iced out is the first audio book I've listened to and was able to finish. narrators were amazing & C.E. Ricci did it again (no surprise) in writing another spectacular book that has me hooked! Highly recommend!

Enemies to Lovers

Liam Dicosimo and Christian Fox were fantastic as Oakley and Quinton. I loved seeing the evolution of their relationship from high school enemies to friends and lovers. The characters are well-developed and the love was hard but sweet. I’ve listened to this probably 10 times and still fall in love with the characters every time.

Loved it!

I loved this book! Oakley and Quinton are on the same college hockey team but have been rivals since high school. Like all hockey players, they take superstitions to a whole new level. And when they believe sleeping together helps them win, it becomes something they do before every game. I loved how the story flowed. It had the perfect amount of angst and banter. I didn't want it to end and can't wait until the next book in the Leighton U series!

The audio was perfect. Two of my favorite narrators that did an amazing job portraying Quinton and Oakley.

My Favorite

This is one of my favorite books. I have reread it so many times. The narrators are great and CE Ricci never misses.

Regarless if your new to MM romance or experienced with it let me tell you..... This story got me. The characters were beautifully developed, the story had me so invested, the passion and spice was on point. This is one of those books you can re-read and you will cry at the same spot everytime. I have read 72 books this year and this is the first book I have commented on. Do yourself a favor and let this book warm your heart because I didn't know I needed it until I started reading this book. Absolutely beautiful 🤍🏒❄️💙
