実は子どもがアレルギー体質になるかどうかは、お母さんの腸内環境に大きく依存していることがわかっています。普段からお母さんが健康で、健全な状態の腸内環境を持っていれば、それが子どもにも引き継がれ、アレルギー発症の確率も低下します。ところが、お母さんに暴飲暴食、偏食の習慣があって、ふだんから便秘がちで、不健康な状態の腸内環境であれば、子どもの腸内環境も悪くなってしまうのです。
