Great resource

This book is a treasure chest of knowledge! It's short, just an hour to read, but don't let that fool you. The author packs in so much useful stuff that you'll be amazed. You can tell the author knows what they're talking about. This is a book I know I'll come back to again and again.

Every chapter is filled with easy tasks. Doing these tasks can really help your mind and body. The book's topics are easy to understand and fun to engage with because the writer uses simple language. There are activities that help to learn the lessons better. By changing our mindset and being grateful, we can have more energy.

I love this authors approach to healing

The author pushes readers to look at health advice from a whole new perspective in this book since it offers a novel perspective and unexpected discoveries. The ability of thankfulness to transform is one of the most unexpected discoveries. I was astounded by the way Dr. Burns added fresh insight to these ideas, especially by incorporating metaphysical techniques.
Each chapter is packed with doable tasks that enable you to put these ideas into practice and enjoy significant gains in both mind and body. The book's topics are simple to understand and engage with because of the language's accessibility. The addition of activities improves the educational experience by offering useful applications for the lessons learned.
We can reach new heights of energy by altering our attitude and embracing the idea of appreciation.

Refreshing!

This audio book was like a cool breeze on a summer evening. It was absolutely refreshing listening to it.

It offers some good, simple practical advice to help people improve their lives. This is not the first time hearing many of them.

It was good to hear these habits repeated, and be reminded that sometimes all we need to do to improve our lives is within our reach, and we simply need to take action.

This was really pleasant to listen to and really informative.

Unexpected Principles for Health & Wellness

The author does a wonderful job of getting the reader to look at health tips from a totally different perspective than expected. One of the surprising health hacks is the principle of gratitude. I have been in the field of medicine most of my life and studied metaphysics for over 40 years, but Dr. Burns again approached these principles from a new perspective, especially with the metaphysical practices to help you along the way. He also provides action steps at the end of each chapter, so you can practice the principles he has outlined to greatly improve your health for both mind & body. A really enlightening book with easy-to-understand language and activities to try. Uplifting narrator voice. Really enjoyed this!

Simple and cost effective healing methods

What I like about "11 Holistic Heal Hacks" by Dr. Jordan Burns, is the variety of healing methods presented, many low or no cost to you. Gratitude, breath-work, meditation, nutrition, cold exposure are just a few of the unconventional methods that don't rely on "big pharma" to heal you with a pill whose side effects are often worse than the illness itself. If you want to feel better both physically and mentally, then this book makes a nice addition to your listening library.

Health Starts Here!

This book packed so much information in such a short amount of time, you wouldn't believe that the book was only a hour long! With the information provided in this book you could easily tell that author is extremely experienced and versed on the subject. I definitely can see myself looking back and listening to this one from time to time when I find myself forgetful or simply looking to implement the hacks learned in a more functional way!

Distilled Healing Wisdom

This was a no-nonsense, straightforward guide on some of the most tried and tested holistic healing techniques. Many of the modalities have been used for centuries, and the author does a great job of compiling and highgrading the most vetted strategies to include in the book. Each hack not only breaks down the function of its effect, but how to achieve it with little stress.

The narrator was engaging and easy to follow, and the chapters were laid out in a way that made the subject matter easy to understand. Planning on returning to.

Great Holistic Advice

The author is very knowledgeable and experienced on the methods he advises. I am not looking forward to the cold shower but I will try to do that. At the end of each chapter he advises certain actions you should put into practice. The audiobook is easy to understand and do. I particularly like the idea of grounding. Some of these I already practice but I will be adding to my health and mental wellness by adding a few more of these practices. You should too.
