Absolutely great insight
I spend a lot of my time in the car so audible is my great companion. this book has too any golden nuggets to list but here are a few, the different between juicing and smoothies, ways to detox and the do list.

Great ideas to improve health
The content provided information on how to cleanse your and why it is important to cleanse your body. I have naturopathic doctor and the book complements her advice. Also the person is given options to handle the expected cravings. Good book to and reference. It would be nice if each chapter had a title. Easier to go back and listen to previous info.
