Amazing read as always! This one seemed to have more storylines than expected with every emotion of the human experience throughout! Kristin always knows how to make me feel like I’m in the story experiencing it with these characters. From war to feeling of love and lust, friendships and family issues, to ptsd and loneliness I was able to feel it and be there with Francis. Stay tuned til the final word because you don’t want to miss a second!

Overall, amazing, captivating, suspenseful story with just the right amount of authentic queer love. The crossover of the storyline from Chronicles of Dorsa is hard for me because I have to reimagine Dorsa and the princess while I am still mentally wanting to know what happen next with Runaway Queen Adela. Outside of my personal struggle to have the storylines cross, the story was great and I look foreword to hearing what comes next for the main characters.

But when her dangerous ex-husband evades law enforcement, she fears that no amount of running will ever make her safe again. Two women are determined to keep Lucinda's past at bay - the mysterious young nurse living on the other side of Lucinda's duplex, who won't even tell Lucinda her name, and Ardie Brown, an ex-marine who's recently moved back to Reverie herself. It's hard for Lucinda to trust either one; it's even harder to admit that she's falling for both of them.

This is the last of Eliza’s lesbian fiction books that I have read. This one took me a little bit to get into because it took my back to a time I didn’t think I wanted to go to. However, she has such a way of getting me pulled into her stories where I can’t stop because I’m constantly on edge wanting to know what happens next. I am glad I stuck with this one in the beginning, it was a true masterpiece. As always when I finish an Eliza book, I am impatiently awaiting the next! Go read this book if you are looking for a suspenseful thriller with a side of romanticism.

Eliza Andrews yet again, I could not stop listening to this book until it was finished. I was upset at the turn of events in chapter 38, but even more amazed at how you used that event to finish the book out. So real yet inspiring and hopeful, exactly what I love in a fictional romance. Every book I am able to read/listen to by you makes me want more. Thank you for sharing your writing and for your brilliant mind. I can’t wait for what is next.

Eliza Andrews, a brilliant creative artist/writer! I am obsessed with chronicles of dorsa and now I will continue with this series. Every book is binge worthy. The storytelling and reality brought to life in these books is like very few other authors I’ve read. If Hollywood doesn’t make one of your book series into a movie or tv series I will lose all hope in them. Sincerely the best books I have read, but maybe I’m partial because I’m gay. Please keep writing! I appreciate your work.

This chronicle did not upset! I was all in from the first page as with the chronicles prior! I love this storyline and my imagination takes me to another world listening to this audiobook! I cannot wait for the next book in this series. I hope it never ends. I would love to see this put into a tv series, though I fear a tv series would upset my imagination of the characters and environment Eliza has created through her art. If you are looking for a great fantasy fiction story, start with book 1 and you won’t be able to stop!
