Listen for Thulium and Sprout! Card knows how to bring incredible children to the page and even more so, Audible.
In order for any person to rise to the occasion of an incredible challenge. you have to have a somewhat controversial or impossible task ahead of you. Though the universe of Card has spread and gone seemingly sideways to some. this produces an environment for characters to rise to the occasion and blow us away.
This plus another Stefan Rudnicki production is a welcome addition and treasure.

The perspective of the other 2 male River heroes is explored much more in this one. 5 stars!

No one does young characters like OSC, so I'm glad to have Bingwen back, but what properly put me into the Enderverse upon my return was hearing Stefan Rudnicki performing Mazer Rackem. Rudnicki IS Mazer in my mind, although I've never met or seen him, I won't look him up, cause I have in my mind what Mazer is, the stalwart everyday man's soldier with a moral compass greater than the rest! Keep em coming.

I thought this to be a simple hack and slash dungeon crawl at first, but so glad to be wrong! The world/universe has a lot more going on than we realized.

The only odd translation to audiobook is the reciting of repetitive alerts our hero has to go through after each battle... its kinda like the performer has to read a table in a technical book, just doesn't play well.

Looking forward to the next release!

If you liked the first two in the series you will love this one. All the same voice actors and a bit new tricks to add to the mix. I had to get on here and leave a review. I am a admittedly a big fan of Sanderson's books (so grain of salt please). I'm about a third of the way in, but (and this doesn't spoil anything really) YOU GET FLASHBACKS with Dalinar, Sadeas and Gavilar!! O.M.G. it rocks to hear/read of the Blackthorn back in the day! Just spectacular so far!

OSC writes kids so clearly and honestly.. but when you add Rudnicki's performance... perfection once again. His deep baritone would be the last you would likely cast, but he recites with an innonce that emotes wonder. Thank you both!
