I'm so glad that I have rediscovered Elin Hilderbrand's books. I enjoy how she weaves her characters from one book into another. The story may have been short, but it hit the spot as it introduces us to the characters in The Matchmaker, which will be my next book. I can't wait to see what's become of Dabney and Clen!

Didn't want it to end

I haven't read a book by Elin Hilderbrand in a few years and I forgot how much I enjoy her. This book was a nice, easy listen and kept me interested until the very end. The two narrators for Connie and Meredith's characters did a great job bringing them to life.

Easy Listening

I liked Amy Poehler on SNL, but to be honest, I didn't watch her show Parks & Recreation. I would probably not have picked up this book if it were sitting on a shelf, but I did download the audible book and I really enjoyed it! She's a great story teller and I found myself drawn to her as if I've known her forever. I would recommend this for a light listen on those long commutes after an even longer day at the office. Enjoy, I did!
