Story
Many years and even more levels have passed since Jake and friends entered Nevermore. With quite a number of floors passed, they turn their attention to the Challenge Dungeons. These Challenge Dungeons offer – as the name suggests – unique challenges and circumstances, and completing them will earn each Nevermore competitor points and multipliers to their existing points. As things unfold, it quickly becomes clear it’s through these dungeons that the true top-scorer of the Nevermore Leaderboards will be found.

This book was so dragged out, it was painfull.
Felt like the author got tips from someone to make the book longer and more books. Slowing down the books peace even more.
It is very very seldom I quit a book series this way. But it is not worth the money or time to continue this series

Overall a great book. Beyond giving mandate.
Reviewed: 09-10-22
The book Builds up through a story that's good, and shows that it takes hard work being a manager.
Coming from the agile development area I liked this book and are happy to not have to invent everything the author had to do.
My biggest learning is that I want to strive to go beyond giving mandate.

Story
Why are some people and organizations more innovative, more influential, and more profitable than others? Why do some command greater loyalty from customers and employees alike? Even among the successful, why are so few able to repeat their successes over and over? People like Martin Luther King, Jr.; Steve Jobs; and the Wright Brothers might have little in common, but they all started with why. Their natural ability to start with why enabled them to inspire those around them and to achieve remarkable things.

Radical Candor is the sweet spot between managers who are obnoxiously aggressive on the one side and ruinously empathetic on the other. It is about providing guidance, which involves a mix of praise as well as criticism - delivered to produce better results and help employees develop their skills and boundaries of success. Great bosses have strong relationships with their employees, and Scott has identified three simple principles for building better relationships with your employees.
