Practical and compassionate sunlight shown on wounded, cloudy living
Reviewed: 06-22-23
Jackson has written an honest book for us, on how to examine our stored library of core human emotions, how we attribute mental stories, and then react to them rather than feeling the actual emotions.
Through his stories and interviews with others, he offers the listener a compassionate path to walk, where one can examine and subsequently release long-held physical contractions and life-limiting emotional fiction.
