John Grisham is one of my favorite writers. However I could not wait to finish this book. I thought it was boring, too much violence, story line choppy. I finished it because I paid for it. As I said he is one of my favorite authors and this is the first book I did not give a 5 star.

Detective John Sampson enforces them. When military-style attacks erupt, brutally sidelining Cross, Sampson is sent reeling. The patterns are too random—Sampson’s friend, his partner, his brother—have told him. Don’t trust anyone. Thanks for giving us another great Alex Cross story line. One part I did not like. Was when a recoding was played, too much statutorily understand what was being said

I have listened to this audiobook twice. Very interesting, learned a lot about the homeless. Loved the narrators, had me laughing out loud several times, during the settlement procedures. I would love a F/U to this book. What is happening with Brock, Author, Ruby, etc

Story
It was one of the most searing images of the twentieth century: two young boys, two princes, walking behind their mother’s coffin as the world watched in sorrow—and horror. As Princess Diana was laid to rest, billions wondered what Prince William and Prince Harry must be thinking and feeling—and how their lives would play out from that point on.

Too long, boring at times
Reviewed: 04-21-23
This book should not be longer than 10 hours. Boring at times, talked about his frostbite for an hour. I hate to say boring a lot of the time, but try. I have 7 more hours to go and will listen to something else before finishing this book, have to break up these 15 hours. I love Prince Harry, his narration became monotonous at times. I preordered and looked so forward to reading this book

There are no Scarlett’s I have not listened too, be it tape, disc and now audible. This narrator is boring and does little to promote this book. I was looking forward to this book since it has been a long time since the last one. I am 2 hours into this book and want to stop listening. Please bring back the original narrator

Story
Heads always turned when Rose McCarthy walked into a room. Nearly six feet tall, she was ramrod straight, and impeccably put together with faultless style, long graceful legs, her snow-white hair cut in a chin-length rounded cap. Her piercing blue eyes missed nothing. She could terrify anyone with a few well-chosen, soft-spoken, eloquent words, or comfort and delight a young employee with generous praise. For 25 years, she had been the legendary editor in chief of Mode magazine.
