That experience inspired him to create a personal transformation seminar called "Winning at Work and Life", which he delivered across the U.S. The seminar evolved into an audio program that was later featured in a national infomercial campaign.

He also built KiBiz Systems that he led for over 30 years. In 2011, he brought his two passions together - personal growth and technology - by creating an app called Stress Shifter on the Apple App Store. That evolution has now become KiFlow."
