  • s. 3 ep. 21 your dreams & God's plans can coexist, part 1 (my story)
    May 24 2025

What happens when the life you long for feels like it conflicts with the life God seems to be calling you to live?

In this raw and honest episode, I share the first part of my journey of learning to reconcile my deepest dreams with God’s divine plan — and the internal battle that came with it.

Raised in a deeply Catholic home, I was taught that anything too worldly — whether it was love, money, or ambition — might be a sign I was veering off course. That belief shaped a lot of the choices I made in my early relationships and life. I open up about a pivotal moment in high school that changed everything, and how that moment led me back to a relationship that eventually became my first marriage… and my first divorce.

    You’ll hear:

    • The quiet fear that kept me from trusting my desires

    • How I confused approval with peace — and why that led me to settle

    • The moment I started questioning the belief that joy and God’s will couldn’t coexist

    • How a retreat in 2021 cracked me wide open and became the catalyst for my healing

This episode sets the foundation for Part 2 and Part 3, where I’ll walk you through how to actually get clear on the desires God has placed on your heart — and how to partner with Him in seeing them through.

If you’ve ever felt torn between your faith and your future, this one’s for you.

  • s. 3 ep. 20 it's not about the money - a story about alignment
    May 16 2025

In this solo episode, I share a moment that caught me completely off guard — and left me reflecting deeply on what alignment really feels like. After a private yoga session this past weekend, a woman handed me a $100 bill. But this story isn’t about the money.

It’s about what I felt in that moment.

It’s about what came alive in me, and what didn't.

And it’s about the deeper truth that so many of us overlook: when you’re living in alignment, you know it. You feel it in your body, your energy, your thoughts, and your spirit.

This episode is a heart-to-heart reminder to do the things that light your soul on fire — even if they don’t always make sense on paper. I’ll talk about how to tell when you’re out of alignment, how to recognize when you’re in it, and why doing the work that’s meant for you will always return something deeper than a paycheck.

🔑 In this episode, we explore:

    • A story about an unexpected tip after a yoga session — and what it revealed
    • What it really feels like to be in alignment
    • How to tell when something in your life is off
    • Why soul-led work is never just about the income
    • A loving nudge to trust the call inside you

  • s. 3 ep. 19 it all changes when you start choosing yourself (feat. Brianna Carretta)
    May 7 2025

In this powerful episode, I sit down with Brianna Carretta — international speaker, hydration expert, and IG renowned as @thewaterbarbie — to talk about what it really means to rewrite your story.

Brianna opens up about losing her father at a young age due to the stress of entrepreneurship, and how that loss shaped her early beliefs around success and safety. For a long time, she swore she’d never follow the same path. But after hitting rock bottom — including getting fired twice in one week — she realized the victim narrative wasn’t serving her. So she put down her pride, picked up her purpose, and stepped into the woman she was always meant to be.

This episode is a must-listen for any woman feeling stuck, afraid, or “too far gone.” You’ll walk away with the reminder that your lowest moments don’t define you — but they can refine you.

    May 5 2025

In this episode, I’m joined by one of my long-time clients turned dear friend, Sierra, whose journey through every evolution of my work — from the original whollyou to Break the Cycle — is a living testament to what happens when a woman decides to stop settling and start trusting herself.

We talk about what it really looks like to release misaligned paths (including a broken engagement and a job that wasn’t meant for her), and how doing the deeper inner work helped her rediscover her purpose — eventually leading her to pursue chiropractic school in Kansas City. From our earliest mentorship sessions to deep emotion code healing and pattern rewiring, Sierra shares how each season of her growth helped her peel back layers and get closer to who she was created to be.

  • s. 3 ep. 17 bonus episode: road reflection on when fear strains your faith and your voice
    Apr 26 2025

In today’s bonus episode, I’m bringing you behind the scenes of a real, raw moment from my own journey.

On my way to record as a guest for a friend’s podcast, I found myself wrestling with two deeply personal struggles: my faith and my voice — both feeling more strained than usual.

Through a car ride filled with worship songs, honest reflection, and an unexpected wave of clarity, I uncovered the common thread behind both struggles: fear.

In this vulnerable conversation, I’m sharing:

    • How fear subtly weakens our connection to both God and ourselves

    • What shifted when I chose to lean back into trust

    • A personal reminder that clarity often meets us when we make space for it

    • Why your breakthrough might be closer than you think

If you’re feeling stuck, unheard, unseen, or doubting your next step, this is for you.

And if your heart is pulling you toward change, know that Break the Cycle is open — and it’s not too late to take the leap. Break the Cycle is a self-paced, soul-shifting online course that I created to help you finally understand the deeper patterns keeping you stuck—so you can begin to rebuild lasting self-trust and take aligned action in your life.

You’re not alone in the wrestle.

But you are meant for the breakthrough.
