Acerca de esta escucha
In this episode, I’m joined by Savannah Robertson—founder of Love Your Body Now and a radiant force in the world of women’s confidence and self-love. Savannah and I first met at the She is Made for More event in Fresno, CA last October, and instantly connected through our shared passion for helping women reclaim their worth.
Together, we talk about where our journeys began, the fear that so often holds us back from alignment, and what it really means to break free from the expectations we’ve absorbed from the world around us. We even share a totally unscripted moment of silence when we both forgot what we were saying—which turned out to be the perfect reminder to just be present and trust.
This episode is for the woman who’s tired of shrinking, tired of performing, and ready to return home to herself. It’s fun, heartfelt, and full of wisdom for anyone on the path of rebuilding confidence from within.
What We Cover:
How to recognize when you’re living out of alignment
Letting go of who you thought you had to be
Stepping into your truth even when it’s scary
Rewriting your relationship with yourself
Why doing it scared is better than doing it at all
