    Journaling is a part of my morning routine and recently one of my prompts asked this very question: When was the last time you had a great laugh? After pausing for a few moments, I was flooded with many memories that it was hard to capture my top 3, but I did!

    Laughter has a way of lifting our spirits, connecting us, and reminding us not to take life too seriously.

    I want to challenge you this week: can you remember your top three funniest moments? Whether it was an unexpected mishap, a joke that landed just right, or a shared moment of pure joy, let’s celebrate the gift of laughter and be sure to write them down!
