  • S6/#105: When was the last time?
    Mar 11 2025

Journaling is a part of my morning routine and recently one of my prompts asked this very question: When was the last time you had a great laugh? After pausing for a few moments, I was flooded with many memories that it was hard to capture my top 3, but I did!

Listen in as I give you a rundown of my top 3 moments.

Laughter has a way of lifting our spirits, connecting us, and reminding us not to take life too seriously.

I want to challenge you this week: can you remember your top three funniest moments? Whether it was an unexpected mishap, a joke that landed just right, or a shared moment of pure joy, let’s celebrate the gift of laughter and be sure to write them down!

There's no greater feeling than reflecting on your journey and staying in a space of gratitude for the happy moments.
