If you think about real estate transactions in this country, even in a perfect world, you're looking at a six-month to 18-month process. It's not efficient, but it's the way it's always been done. However, every once in a while, somebody revolutionizes an industry. For example, Hotels.com was disrupted by Airbnb, and taxi cabs were disrupted by Uber. Harold Heard, CEO of Stone ARX, has had to disrupt the way real estate transactions are being done, and he's in the studio today.

She always is the emcee of these fabulous galas, and I come along as her plus one. I probably couldn't tell you a Gucci from a Prada to be honest with you, but I admire fashion. When I think about youth sports, I think about the discipline, the stick-to-it-iveness, and the overcoming adversity that a child learns. Of course, they're getting in shape and exercising, but it's the off the field stuff that matters because many of them will not go on to an athletic career.
