    If you think about real estate transactions in this country, even in a perfect world, you're looking at a six-month to 18-month process. It's not efficient, but it's the way it's always been done. However, every once in a while, somebody revolutionizes an industry. For example, Hotels.com was disrupted by Airbnb, and taxi cabs were disrupted by Uber. Harold Heard, CEO of Stone ARX, has had to disrupt the way real estate transactions are being done, and he's in the studio today.

    Those of you who know me know I married up. The great Victoria Snee, head of marketing for Highland Park Village, is a fashionista. She always is the emcee of these fabulous galas, and I come along as her plus one. I probably couldn't tell you a Gucci from a Prada to be honest with you, but I admire fashion. I think Dallas has become a Mecca for fashion, and now Fort Worth is coming along in blazing speed thanks to the three people in my studio right now: Anna Venko, Elijah De La Garza, and Lyza Faye. They're the three driving forces behind Runway 817.
