    In this recorded 40 minute meditation I'm going to guide you on a truth seeking journey to your highest power, to connect with that version of you that is limitless, powerful, full of love, and knowing of your true self.

    All you'll need is a calm and relaxing space, and your full presence.

    Meditation doesn't have to be 40 minutes, it can be as short as 5 minutes, but this is a logner guided journey, enjoy, and let me know how you feel after it.

    Meditation has served me very well over the last few years as I have gone from a fear driven human to a loving, truth knowing, free human, that feels limitless in all that he now does.

    And I want this for you too. Let's open you up to your highest potential.

    This little advanced planning technique could see you get a lot out of your year in ALL areas of your life. By using the year periodisation method you are able to zoom out and plan around lifes key moments, but importantly create powerful intentions and processes for the natural chunks your life will have - which we can call the seasons of our year.

    I've recently put this process back into my life planning as I got caught out in the back end of 2024 with not doing this and getting a bit lost and overwhelmed. Now I'm back on track.

This quote has a lot of depth to it, and I want to open up this quote and how we can steer our life to new and unimaginable heights if we start to live our life through it.

    What is your life showing you you need to do?

    What keeps turning up in your life, and are you listening?

    Are you being heart led in life, or head let?

    If you’re unhappy right now, this quote is something you need to understand, because it could have a truly life changing impact on your life. The friction we all see and feel in our world, as well as the beautiful moments that the universe is trying to show us is all painting a future picture of our life, all we need to do is really tune in, and truly magical things will happen.
