Amazing!

Another amazing start to a series. I couldn't stop listening to this! I enjoyed listening to this and will definitely be impatiently waiting for the next book to release!

What the shifter!

Ohh my goodness!! That ending just about did me in. I wasn’t paying attention to the time remaining, and I was sucker punched. Such a fun introduction into this new shifter academy world. I like Skylar and Raffe. I just love broody guys in my books. This is a perfect read for anyone wanting to dive into a shifter series. This one has all types of breeds. The narrator, Marnye Young did a good job portraying Skylar. She kept me engaged till the every end.

Interesting story of adopted girl learning who she is. She start a prestegest college and quickly learns shy she never fit in as she enters a world she never new she was a part of.

Wolf Mate

Holy crap was this book a RIDE! I haven’t read much of Jen L. Grey but I have read a few of her books and I enjoyed them. This book however blew the other ones out of the water. The story kept me on the edge of my seat from start to finish and I couldn’t wait to see what was going to happen next.

My heart hurt so much for Skylar whenever she was thinking about how lonely she is and really always had been and it made me want to reach through the book and give her a big hug. So when she became friends with Lucy and Slade it made me so happy! (You know, until Slade decided to be a butt.) Now Raffe, I simultaneously loved and wanted to smack upside the head. There were quite a few times that I just wanted him to pull his head out of his butt and see how his actions were hurting Skylar. Thankfully he redeemed himself so I know longer have to gather the pitchforks.

I will admit that I was a little hesitant going into this audiobook because I’m not a huge fan of single narration. (I think I’ve been spoiled by so many of the audiobooks I’ve listened to being dual and duet narration.) I’m glad to say that I had nothing to worry about. Marnye Young did a fantastic job narrating this book and bringing the characters and story to life. This is the first book that I’ve heard her narrate but I’m looking forward to hearing more in the future.

I had so many theories while listening to this book and that cliffhanger ending gave me so many more that my head has been spinning. I feel like I need to make a conspiracy board to keep it all straight. I can’t wait for the next book to see what’s going to happen next.

Great book

I wasn't into wanting to read to.ance books but this sounded interesting so I gave it a try and I am happy I did.this is now my favorite book

Wolf Mate

I swear just when I think Jen has written her best work, she releases another series and I just fall in love with the characters and have a new favorite. Shifter, especially wolf shifters are my fave to read and Jen L Grey's books has it all. Shifter, witches, vamps and so much more. Not to mention the romance, drama and world building. Definitely should be at the top of your list for 2024 reading.

loved the story and the characters in its full of action,twists and turns and things you didn't see coming it does have romance in it. it's like there fighting there love for each other but really good read

Love a fated mates academia story

This book was so good! I love how it was completely unpredictable other than the fated mates aspect. It brought out a whole different kind of magic system that I found interesting as well. I definitely was intrigued the whole way through the book. While it wasn’t super complex, it was very entertaining. I enjoyed it very much. The cliffhanger is absolutely brutal. I need the next book like NOW.

The narration by Marnye Young was absolutely fantastic.

I can’t believe I didn’t notice the second book isn’t even out yet. April 18 on kindle- hopefully I’ll remember the story line by then. Great story though.
