I always love Michelle Madow books!

To me, the series had a weird start but I trusted that Michelle wouldn’t leave us hanging with the fierceness, passion, and storytelling that we all love! Ruby is a flawless character and her character development is truly incredible! I’ve followed Michelle for years and I know that I will always love her books!

Amazing Series!!

Michelle Madow never disappoints. I can't wait to read all of the rest of the Star Touched Series. I have read everything she has written over and again.

Wolf Born Series

The fate mates are always an interesting story. Ruby and Connor storyline was well developed and thoughtful. Their struggles in becoming mates was long and sometimes frustrating. Howeve, ,their journey was heartbreaking for the others who loved them, and thought they could break, diminish or ignore mate bond.

Outstanding

From beginning to end, I couldn't shut this series off. I didn't want it to end.

Good shifter series

Series kept my interest, and narrators did a nice job. Although considered a romance, the series is barely PG, with nothing but kissing on the page.

My biggest criticism is that the author spent so much time trying to convince us that Connor acted only out of loyalty and duty (and thus he’s a good guy, not a bad guy), that his chemistry with Ruby fell flat compared to what he had with Autumn. And Ruby’s relationship with Tristan had a similar effect. I never got a satisfactory explanation or justification for the rejection, and his about face didn’t really work. I didn’t buy it at all.

By the time Ruby and Connor connected, it wasn’t very interesting, much less exciting. In fact, as disturbing as the grandfather mating situation was (seriously- she’s been sleeping with the grandson for years-just gross), at least they got to experience something intense, passionate, and joyful. Poor Ruby got nothing. She and Connor were literally the least interesting pair in the series.

If you want shifters, this is a good story. If you want romance, you should keep looking.

Good storyline

Overall good middle was a bit slow. But she put it all together in the end. Good read

Confused,sad and angry

Poor Autumn deserved a more age appropriate mate who is unrelated to her ex. If the witches had the power to erase a whole person out of the world, have control over the werewolves and create the werewolves they should have had the power to create easier solutions to unwanted mate bonds. I was expecting the story to let her die for a moment come back to life and have her bond severed because technically she died. there's so many things that needed to be improved in the story and so many plot holes. this is definitely a story I regret buying and listening to however I hope as time goes on at the author becomes more considerate to her characters and the audience that becomes attached to those characters. Autumn and Connor are good people and they both deserved to have had an equal shot at happy ending with someone appropriate. Autumn made a big mistake because she was in love, it makes sense, she's a teenager, teenagers feel a lot and that shouldn't have justified her being punished with that kind of mating. which she couldn't have rejected if she wanted to without giving up a lot. the characters don't seem to understand what consent is, having relations with someone when they're under the influence of anything when you are not, including magic is sexual assault. Overall I hope the author improves in her next books thank you.

Great series!

I enjoyed reading and listening to the series. I liked the characters, I felt that they were well developed. At times I was frustrated with decisions that they made, which is what a good author does, engages their readers! The story itself was definitely interesting and some of the plot twists I did not see coming and a few things I guessed but wasn't sure about. I like how the story ended however, in my mind there is enough story that the author could easily revisit these characters and write more, if she hasn't already I don't know because this is my first series by this author. I feel that the narrators for the audiobook did a great job and I enjoyed listening to them when I wasn't reading the book. Overall, I'm happy with the story and I'm glad that I read it!
