This book is a rare gem in the realm of organizational development and management - one that achieves a balance of theoretical depth and practical applicability with remarkable finesse. Not surprising for the authors of books like The Pheonix Project, the Unicorn Project, and Chasing the Rabbit. The concepts of slowification, simplification, and amplification are ones I’ll be immediately applying to my day to day, family, and work organization processes.
