I knew I was addicted to coke cola,but now I have learned of all of the damage I have done to my body. My 15 pound a year weight gain now seems to make sence. I suggest you listen to this book and try. I plan on trying the detox diet.

Narrator was not good and info was also not so goo
Some of the info in this book seems fairly out of date. I quit listening shortly after he started going over a typical day on the detox diet. All I remember is one of the components for breakfast was egg white-no yolk mentioned. In my opinion, you might as well eat nothing. Where is the flavor and protein? Eliminating the yolk just doesn't cut it for me. Egg yolks have in recent years been found to be quite beneficial.
