I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS BOOK!

I finished this wonderful audiobook in 2 days. Between the amazing story, witty dialogue, numerous lovable characters I wish I knew in real life, and Lori Prince's narration, I couldn't stop listening! Seriously, even the character Mrs Stokely (I think was her name) who was the old lady in the small town, even that lady cracked me up. The story itself was a great idea and I loved when "Roo"'s true identity was revealed. I really loved all of this audiobook. Two high school friends get a cd about past lives and then the one, Lindsey, starts having dreams about a boy and also about a beautiful woman. the dream lady goes by the name Roo. Lindsey spends the next many years. dreaming of Roo, and is convinced she knew her and loved her in a past life. Lindsey becomes a painter and she paints the boy and Roo because she dreams about them still. Then this beautiful woman blows into town to visit her college friend and it's a small town so it doesnt take long before Lindsey sees this stranger she thinks is Roo at heart. Loved it all! Well done (again) to Elle Spencer and Lori Prince!! Thanks for a great listen!

Excellent Read

The book made me laugh out loud. The characters are "real" and relatable. The sex scenes are exciting but not the over the top cheesy romance novel kind. The story line is unique and centers on other things than just the two primary characters. The narrator actually "performs" the book instead of just reading it. I highly recommend this novel.

A little different, and a lot of fun

This was definitely a bit of a departure for ES, but the story brings you in and you want more of it. Its a love story through and through. it also tells the love story of others as well as the power of friendship. I can only hope Patty gets her happily ever after too.

Truly enjoyed this book.

This is a book for those who truly believe in soulmates. I love how the story develops. So beautiful.

at first it was really hard to follow

it wasn't bad by any means, but it also wasn't my favorite story. in the beginning I just couldn't quite grasp all of the characters which I think was just due to the way it was layed out. Would I read it again? Probably not and I think you may be able to find other stories that are more interesting. But I guess on the other side, there isn't a story with quite this premise out there.

It was good, something different

I appreciated the writing style along with the story line. A little something different than the standard tropes. I found the characters and reaction believable. I'll be interested to see if there this is the start of series, Brooke & Cori, Patty and...someone. Worth the credit.

Funny!

I loved this book. The characters were entertaining and hilarious. The end was a little abrupt and after the date stakeout I wanted to see the character bond with even more antics.

Remarkable

The narration is superb, the witty banter is so smart (like West Wing A Sorkin smart), and the romance is achingly beautiful. You will laugh out loud, tear up, and swoon.

This story is beautiful. This book is extremely well done. It isn't necessary but I would love there to be a sequel.
