I’ll listen to anything narrated by Lori Prince, but I really liked the authenticity of this story

It was tantalizing!

I was on the edge of my seat waiting for what happens next, such good story telling and very awesome writing skills....want more like it with F/F protagonists!

An Absolute Must!

OMG! I loved listening to this book! I was skeptical at first, but I am so glad I listened! The story and performance were great. I will listen to this again. Well done author!

Great performance

The narrator was her usual great and dissolved into the story as the best narrators do. I don’t think I could ever truly get over what Billie’s sister did, but forgiveness is for the wronged to achieve. The ex acted a bit predictably, but she eventually got what she deserved. At least they got their hard fought HEA. I have to admit I didn’t trust Vero’s father until the very end. Good listen, with excellent narration.

Good book

I think the story was good, written well, Lori Prince was excellent as usual. I liked the characters, but there was no element of surprise.... it is a good beach read.

Liked the chemistry

I liked the dynamic between the main characters even though it was pretty predictable. Lori Prince is always a great narrator.

Yup! Another good one

Oh yes, you are gonna love up these two MCs. Narrator does a good job with bringing each character to life with cool intonation changes. A bit on the insta-love side of things once they heat up, but that’s a musician for you… quick fingers on the strings and so forth. A sweet HEA so all the sapphic fun wrapped up like a Xmas present I gave myself.

I really enjoyed this book and Lori Prince is an excellent narrator. I would have given it 5 stars instead of 4 if the author hadn't gone totally predictable romcom cliche at two important points in the narrative; still a great listen.

Will these lovers out maneuver those trying to keep apart?

Who am I kidding?! It’s a romance novel and if these delightful sexy ladies don’t get their HEA, heads will roll, hot tubs will go cold and there will a riot in sapphic novel land! It’s a place! Look it up! What is truly delightful is the bumpy, manipulative and sometimes villainous road these characters travel to get to that lovey-dovey place! I also enjoyed the snippets of beautiful lyrics and the melting of a younger tainted ice queen, to flip the script a bit! The “world of music and celebrity” created by the author felt authentic and contributed much to the story line. I am going to look for more books by Ms. Oakley! As always, Lori’s narration is fun to listen to and she contributes a great deal to this experience. Overall, this book is a gorgeous love song for your heart and ears!
