Fast paced, a lot of action

Wow, talk about a page turner! This fast paced book has a lot of action to keep you listening, while the plot goes through some serious changes. I don’t even want to elude to any of those things, since I hate spoilers myself, but let me tell you, you will end up feeling surprised and somewhat in shock. A day later and I’m still having a problem digesting what I read. L. L. Akers did a masterful job creating and telling this story, and Kevin Pierce was superb as always.

Love the books

Please make them longer I purchase 40 hour books because of the amount of hours (I listen while I work) and Kevin pierce keep him reading there all just right except the amount of time

Great book from a great author!!

This book was truly an awesome post apocalyptic story. It kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time. This story was not predictable as so many are. I have all of the authors books and will purchase as many more as she will write.

too shirt but worth it even thoughthere are some loose ends that needed to be closed out, great performance as is expected.

Wait Like a Stone

I’m so hoping that this isn’t the last book that follows the saga of Grayson and his family. The story was amazing and I totally got caught up in the family struggles. The only thing that I didn’t like was the weird way that Elmer was killed off. Didn’t even make sense. The rest... fabulous. Completely recommend this series.

Wow, love post apocalyptic books

Great listen, cannot wait until book 5! Graysons group suffers many loses in this one. I shed a man tear or two. A must read or listen to with Kevin Pierce narrating, suspenseful, exciting, and heartfelt. Love this series! 5 stars.

Well that was intense

A few people pointed out this wasn’t her longest book. Wait till you listen to it. That was the intensity of several books put together. You want to stay up on a long drive? Take a long hike on the AT as I did? Listen to this book. Very well written and not much if any filler. Action action and dang that was ... intense.

Wish there was more!!!

I need to know what happens!!! I loved this series and this book was just as good. I just wish they were longer.

If I had One complaint about this book it would be that it ended far before I was willing to stop listening.
Bravo, good show by both the Author and by the Audio performer. I expected nothing less from the two of you.

Loved it from cover to cover. Couldn't put it down! She can definitely spin a story and leave you anxious for the next book in the series!
