Distracted by Body Image
I started this audiobook to kick off my season of excuses for my weight gain and depression of my body image.
This was a great jumpstart to refocusing what’s more important, and find the roots of my avoidance.
It does require some introspection and authenticity with others. Still, it is worth the journey.
